Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Cybershed.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact us at Support@cybershed.comand we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Cybershed.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
- Tobacco Products (including Tobacco Waterpipes, Hookahs, Hookah Tobacco, Tobacco Hand Pipes, Tobacco Rolling Papers/Wraps, and all Tobacco Accessories)
- Synthetic Urine
A full refund will be issued for new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Cybershed.com and returned within 30 days of delivery. The following conditions and exceptions apply. All returns and/or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return..
For most items expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for help.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at Support@cybershed.com to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by corresponding with us via email (We will ship out the exchange order once we receive the original item)
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Items purchased from Cybershed.com cannot be returned to a physical store. We’re sorry for any inconvenience!
Shipping Policy Overview
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Generally, orders are processed within 24 hours. All packages are shipped via UPS, therefore a correct street address is needed. If a PO Box is provided, UPS may attempt to contact you to get a valid street address. In many cases, this does not cause problems. However, we advise against shipping to a PO Box with UPS. We CANNOT be held responsible for packages that do not arrive to PO Boxes. Similarly, all returned packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Similarly, it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm local laws and restrictions regarding the type of products being shipped.
We are not responsible for packages after they leave our warehouse for shipment. Once they have been picked up, all packages are the responsibility of UPS until they have been delivered. If you have any problems concerning your shipment, feel free to contact us. We will gladly work with you and UPS to get the issue resolved.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all orders returned to us for any reason. The restocking fee also applies to to cancelled orders.
Please be aware, we make every effort to ship your order via your preferred method. However, the shopping cart does not always accurately calculate shipping costs. In these instances, we reserve the right to ship in the most economical method in line with what you were charged. For this reason, light-weight packages are occasionally sent via USPS.
If your billing and shipping addresses do no match, we reserve the right to add SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION to your delivery. In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for all of our customers, this charge is not included by default. If your original shipping estimate does not cover this cost, your card may be charged an additional fee. By placing an order with conflicting addresses, you agree to accrue an additional charge.
For all shipments with matching billing and shipping addresses, no additional fee will be assessed unless SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION is requested by the customer. All orders are shipped via UPS and it is their general policy to leave packages at the door of residences considered secure if no one is available to accept the package. When placing an order, you must include specific instructions for delivery if the aforementioned UPS policy is not acceptable. Specific requests, such as SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, will result in additional fees. By requesting such services, you acknowledge that your card may be subject to additional charges as stated in this policy.

We reserve the right to ask for I.D. if necessary. You must be 18 to obtain and use a credit card and to purchase tobacco-related products. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may card. This means you will be asked to fax a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age. Customers who live in Alaska, Alabama, New Jersey, or Utah, be prepared to provide this to us. Domestic Parcels containing tobacco-related products that leave our warehouse may be shipped AGE SENSITIVE-ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
